Yasashi Ōkami

Yasashi Ōkami was founded on the belief that true craftsmanship requires silence, precision, and discipline.

We import Japanese knives directly from manufacturers and artisanal workshops in Japan. Each model in our offer comes directly from the place where it was forged and finished.

We select only hand-finished knives, based on traditional carbon steels – such as Aogami and Shirogami. These are demanding materials. They offer exceptional sharpness but expect a conscious user.

We do not build a mass store.
We do not run seasonal sales.
We do not offer discounts.
We do not compete on price.

We believe that quality should not be negotiable.

Our offer is limited. Each model reaches the store only after a conscious decision to include it in the selection. We do not sell everything. We sell what we stand behind.
