Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

1. 14 Days for Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

2. Return Process

1. Send an email stating your wish to return the item
2. You will receive instructions and a return label
3. Send the product back according to the instructions

3. Cost of Return

The cost of return is covered by the Customer.

For your convenience, we provide a return label – its cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Condition of the Returned Product

The returned product must be:

• unused
• undamaged
• complete
• ready for resale

In the case of knives, this particularly means:

• no signs of use (e.g., cutting, sharpening)
• no scratches or damage
• original packaging preserved

If the product shows signs of use, we may reduce the refund amount proportionally to the loss of its value.

5. Products Excluded from Returns

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to:

• products made or imported to order

6. Refund

The refund will be processed:

• within 14 days of receiving the returned product
• using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed

We may withhold the refund until we receive the product.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you want a different product, please return your order and place a new one.

8. Damage in Transit

If the shipment arrived damaged:

• report it within 72 hours of receipt
• send an email to: info@yasashiokami.com
• attach photos of the packaging and product

This will allow us to resolve the issue quickly.
